Starting at $0/hour, offered for individuals, communities, and organizations holding identities experiencing higher rates of systemic and institutionalized oppression under racialized capitalism, cis-heteropatriarchy, white supremacy, ableism, and ongoing colonization. 

This includes Indigenous, Black, and other people of the global majority, people with disabilities, immigrants, people living in poverty, queer and trans folks, and sex workers.
